北京華夏科創(chuàng)儀器股份有限公司成立于2001年，注冊資本5000萬元，是中國儀器儀表行業(yè)協(xié)會分析儀器分會副理事長單位和中國分析測試協(xié)會會員單位。
成立至今華夏科創(chuàng)始終堅持“做最可信賴的水質(zhì)食品安全檢測技術(shù)方案及儀器供應(yīng)商”的使命，并“致力于推動測試技術(shù)及儀器革新，讓安全與健康感知更容易，成為最具活力和受尊敬的恒久企業(yè)”。公司先后承擔(dān)了“十五”科技攻關(guān)項目，現(xiàn)已擁有“水質(zhì)監(jiān)測儀器、食品安全檢測儀器、油品檢測儀器”三大系列，幾十余種產(chǎn)品，銷往全國31個省，部分產(chǎn)品出口海外。
2008年在浙江設(shè)立全資子公司—浙江譜創(chuàng)儀器有限公司 ，同時也是浙江清華長三角研究院測試技術(shù)及科學(xué)儀器研究中心的產(chǎn)業(yè)化基地。2012年，與德國西門子公司成立合資企業(yè)—譜創(chuàng)（上海）儀器有限公司，融合西門子的“開放式創(chuàng)新”，共同合作研發(fā)全球應(yīng)用的工業(yè)過程分析儀器。
